Statement: As a minimalist abstract artist, I draw profound inspiration from the shapes and forms of Earth’s landscapes—rock formations, bodies of water, and the intricate effects of erosion. Using acrylic and oil paints, along with charcoal and oil sticks, I aim to capture the dynamic transformations of the natural world. This ever-changing process fascinates me, compelling me to document these evolving forms.

In my floral works, I draw from the diverse shapes and vibrant colors found in my garden, using these natural elements to create abstract pieces that celebrate nature’s variety.

My abstracted landscapes feature a subdued palette, with colors thoughtfully applied to convey proportion, distance, and shadows. This approach creates depth and dimension, emphasizing the inherent beauty and interconnectedness of Earth’s elements. Through my work, I strive to evoke the subtle yet profound harmony I see in nature, inviting viewers to reflect on both the fleeting and enduring aspects of the world around us.
