Shared Spaces

We created our 6,500 sq. ft. gallery and studios with artists in mind—every detail designed to nurture focus, creativity, and connection. Set in the quiet beauty of rural Santa Fe, our space offers a rare balance: the serenity of open skies and star-filled nights, with the cultural richness of downtown Santa Fe just minutes away.

Because we welcome only 3–6 artists each week, the residency experience is intentionally intimate. Small cohorts mean real connections are made, while still allowing for privacy, solitude, and deep concentration. It’s a place where artists can step away from daily demands and feel fully supported, seen, and inspired.

Inside, you’ll find welcoming lounges with couches perfect for conversation or unwinding with a glass of wine, a curated art book library, a communal kitchen, and dining areas designed for sharing meals. Just outside, patios, hammocks, and a fire pit offer space to relax under Santa Fe’s 320+ days of sun—or to marvel at the extraordinary night skies preserved by our “dark sky” zone.

At the heart of it all is our gallery, located at the front of the building and open to the public—a space that provides visibility and context for the resident artists we host.

This is more than a residency. It is an intimate, family-run experience designed with care and offering a rare chance to create in an environment that is both personal and extraordinary.
